When I was 13, I walked through the doors of the Bronx HS of Science
and fell in love with the mysteries of the cosmos and the
infinite possibilities of worlds far beyond ours...
I didn't go into the sciences, as it turns out, but everything I learned
has influenced my creative work, informing the characters and expansive worlds I've helped bring to life in countless sci fi shows and videogames, voicing everything from cyborgs and banshees to fleet commanders and
galaxy-hopping conwomen.

A few years later, I walked through the doors of the Juilliard School, and my fascination shifted from "worlds beyond" - to "worlds within."
A profound curiosity about the human condition, explored in countless plays, award-winning films and over 100 episodes of television, is the cornerstone of my ability to tell stories that
seek to plumb the depths of the human experience, no matter how
raw, dark or complicated.
As in all other mediums of expression, my work in narration is centered on a profound commitment to emotional nuance and authenticity, and to engaging the listener in a way that is always truthful, compelling and deeply engaging.

HUMOR and ROMANCE
You don’t go from the Bronx to Juilliard to Hollywood without picking up more than a few accents, attitudes and pithy observations. They've been put to good use a series regular on 5 sitcoms, in countless dark comedy indies and animated shows, at the HBO Aspen Comedy Festival and in many voiceovers. I've spent 30+ years getting inside the hearts, minds & rhythms of characters - and developing a facility with complex language and timing .
